Return Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not happy with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery at nikolas.dan2010@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
Return conditions:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Exceptions – non-returnable items:
- Personalized or made-to-order products (items produced specifically for your order)
Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 14 days with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
